About

A smaller practice, on purpose.

Founded by Lauren Bacotti, a BCBA with more than 20 years of experience. Centered Solutions was built to keep ABA individualized, closely supervised, and grounded in real relationships.

Why this practice exists

For Robert.

In 2006, Lauren was a special education teacher with a student named Robert. He is 21 now, living independently in Austin and working as a behavior technician. That one journey is why this practice exists.

ABA, done with care and judgment, can meaningfully change what's possible for a child and a family.

Too much of the field has drifted toward volume. Caseloads grow. Supervision thins. Lauren built Centered Solutions to hold a different shape — and to keep holding it.

What we stand for

A boutique clinical practice, by design.

Every choice we make — who we hire, how we supervise, how we set hours, how we pay our team, how we grow — is a choice against volume and toward doing one thing exceptionally well. The practice is small on purpose so the work can stay centered on delivering exceptional care.

Leadership & team

The people behind the practice.

Lauren leads the clinical work and knows every clinician on the team. Our BCBAs bring decades of combined experience across early intervention, school-based services, and family training.

Lauren Bacotti, M.S.Ed, BCBA

Lauren founded Centered Solutions after more than 20 years in the field. She is involved in every case the practice takes on, supervises directly, and is the person families and clinicians actually reach. Her work with Robert — and the families who followed — shaped every operating choice this practice has made.
