Insurance for ABA can feel opaque. We verify eligibility, tell you what we know and what we don't yet know about your plan, and walk you through authorization rather than leaving it to you.
Coverage and cost sharing depend on your specific plan, so we verify eligibility before anything begins.
Don't see your plan? Reach out — we'll let you know what's possible and what isn't.

Most families are authorized and matched within a couple of weeks.
Requirements vary by carrier and plan. This is what usually comes up, not a guarantee of what yours will need.
In most cases insurers require a documented ASD diagnosis before authorizing ABA. Typically that comes from a developmental pediatrician, child psychologist, child psychiatrist, or pediatric neurologist.
Some plans ask for a physician referral for ABA services before an assessment can be authorized.
Your BCBA completes the assessment and submits the treatment plan with recommended goals and hours for review.
Most carriers authorize care for a set period, then review progress before continuing. We handle those submissions.
Private pay covers our additional supportive services, and is an option when insurance isn't.
10% of all private-pay fees is donated to a charity of your choosing from givewell.org.
